This year saw the 208th annual national Trafalgar Day parade in Trafalgar Square, London. 500 cadets from across the country took part in a spectacular display and parade, including 8 Cadets from our own Unit in the Parade and National PR Team. Despite the wet weather forecast, the sun shone on the entire parade.
Reviewing officer Rear Admiral SJ Woodcock OBE, inspected the parade, with platoons from Northern, Eastern, London and North West Areas and Royal Marines Cadets from Alpha and X-Ray company and platoons of Army and Air cadets.
The assembled crowds were dazzled with hornpipe, club swinging, window ladder and drill displays, along with the National Massed Band of the Sea Cadets Corps.
