19 March 2017In March, our unit represented the Cornwall District Sea Cadets at the Southwest Area Sea Cadet Drill Competition.
Presentation Evening 2017
23 February 2017On 23rd February 2017, we held our Presentation Evening where awards in various categories are presented to cadets to recognise their achievements throughout the previous year. Our ViP for the evening, Lt Cdr T Brooks RN, made the presentations to the cadets. We thank all of our distinguished guests and parents for attending the evening, and also our donors for providing sailing bursaries for some of our award winners.
London Trip
For Thier Promotion Our Ordinary Cadets Decided To Organize A Trip To London. They Stayed At Twickenham Sea Cadet Unit From Which They Visited The Houses Of Parilament, Covent Garden And Buckingham Palace.
District Drill Competition 2017
This Year the Unit Entered A Colour Party To The Cornwall District Drill Competition, After Many Weekend Of Training From PO(SCC) Joanthan Farr. After Some Very Tough Competition They Came Second But This Was Not The End As They Chose To Enter Area Drill Competition As A Squad.
