Henley-on-Thames Triathlon

This increasingly popular Triathlon is in its eighth year. Perhaps best known for the annual Royal Regatta, mix it up this year and visit the picturesque town of Henley to take part in this exhilarating event, complete with a pool based swim, rural Oxfordshire countryside bike course and grass run course within the grounds of Gillotts School.

Choose your distance

Sprint & Relay: 400m swim - 25k cycle - 5k run
Super Sprint & Fun: 200m swim - 12.5k cycle - 2.5k run

We don’t currently have our own places in this event but please don’t let that stop you, we’d love to have you join Team Sea Cadets!

You can buy your place through the event website, and then register your place by emailing us.

Minimum age

- 16 years of age on the day of the event for Fun, Super Sprint, Sprint and Sprint Relay distance triathlons (14 year olds may participate in the swim or run discipline of a Sprint Relay)
