On behalf of Aberystwyth Sea Cadets may I take this opportunity to pass on some of the cadet comments in relation to their recent sea training week sailing from Dublin to Milford Haven, on the Sea Cadet sail training ship TS Royalist

Cadets from Aberystwyth unit, joined by cadets from Milford Haven, Fishguard and Pembroke Dock, recently attended a visit day at Dyfed Powys Police HQ in Camarthen. The cadets were able to take part in a range of activities, aimed at introducing young people to the various duties the Police perform, and the training they go through, as well as a look at their equipment. The day was very enjoyable for all those who attended.

A visit to Aberystwyth Fire Station was enjoyed by the cadets who were shown various types of equipment that is used by the Fire service, a lot of fun was had when trying on the clothing used by the firemen.
