Navy Board Cadets are treated to a tour of Tower of London with Rob Fuller, a Yeoman Warder for the tower, today. They will then make their way to the Royal Albert Hall to attend the Mountbatten Festival of Music tonight, at the request of the First Sea Lord!

Congratulations to the cadets who attended the South Yorkshire District Rowing Course at Doncaster Sea Cadets.
Cdt D Greaves and Cdt C Dews now have Competent Crew and LC A Vamplew has Supervised Coxswain.

South Yorkshire District MACT - Part 1
7 cadets from SY District completed the first half of their 2nd Class Seamanship Course this weekend at BARNSLEY.
Subjects covered included more complex bends & hitches, rigging and the study of ratios and understanding safe rope-work practices including Snapzones. Once these were completed, cadets took part in a small exercise outdoors where they consolidated the knowledge gained.

Congratulations to MC Roberts and MC Ingham who attended two Physical Training Weekends and earning their PT 3rd Class qualification.
