Cadets and Volunteers from Barnsley Sea Cadets will be wearing Woolly hats this week, not because of the cold, but to raise money for the Sailors Society.

Recruitment Evening 17th June
Barnsley Sea Cadets will be holding a recruitment evening on Monday 17th June.
Potential new Sea Cadets (12-18 years) and Royal Marine Cadets (13-18 years) should arrive at the unit at 1900 (7pm) with a parent or guardian.
Please note there will be no recruitment for Juniors (aged 10 - 12 years)
Kayaking
Another great day kayaking, the cadet have now started working towards their BCU 1 stars and 2 stars.
Thank you to all involved they all had a great wet day.
Unit Weekend
Well done to all the cadets and instructors who attend the unit weekend (5th-7th April).
Cadets took part in Marine Engineering, Mountain Biking, Walking and Orienteering.
Recruitment Evening 15th April
Our Next Recruitment Evening will take place on Monday 15th April at 1900hrs (7pm).
We currently have limited vacancies in both Sea Cadets and Royal Marines Cadets. This is likely to be the last recruitment evening before the summer.
