Cadets and Staff travelled to Workington and were successful winning the Juniors 5 aside, Junior Boys and Senior Girls trophies. Also winning the OVERALL trophy.

On Thursday 22nd November 2012 Leading Cadet Callum Maclean and Leading Cadet Bethany John along with a member of staff went to the Keswick 2 Barrow Presentation at Abbey House. The unit was lucky enough to be awarded a cheque for £1000, which will go towards the new CIS Communication suite at the Unit.
Remembrance Sunday Parade 2012
On the 11.11.2012 the Annual Remembrance Day Parade was held and in Barrow and as normal Barrow Sea Cadets played a very high profile in this parade. With the band leading the parade and members of T.S.Sovereign Sea, Royal Marine Cadets and Juniors all doing the unit very proud. VERY WELL DONE TO ALL CADETS WHO TOOK PART!

All Cadets & Juniors travelled to Blackpool Pleasure Beach on Sunday 21st October 2012. to celebrate the Units 80th Anniversary.

Juniors win District Swimming Trophy
Our Juniors Swimming team did an excellent job at retaining the trophy for the 3rd consecutive year at the District Competitions in September.Well Done!
