On Friday 17th August 7 Cadets from Fishguard Joined up with others from around the District to take part in the West Wales District Summer Camp at Llanelli. Whilst away the cadets did a whole range of activities, which included a visit to the 1940's Swansea Bay Museum, they also undertook Weapons Handling (Weapons Handling is taught by Fully Qualified Staff as part of the Safe systems in place for Sea Cadet Training), they also undertook some Air Rifle Shooting, and they all had the opportunity to try in turn Windsurfing, Kayaking and Sliding Seat Rowing. The Cadets has a great time, and we would like to thank the WW Team and S/Lt Killick for organising.
