Harrow cadets and staff took part in the London Area sea cadets 24hr sailing compatition held at the Welsh Harp Resiviour in Brent.
Both the Staff and cadets came first in their catagorys, here the cadets are being presented there medals by the London Area recreational officer.
A section of the cadet training modules includes Recreational activites, here the cadets can be seen taking part in crab football on a Friday parade evening at the unit.
All cadets are encorouged to take part in as many fun activities as possible this helps promote teamwork, fitness and participation no matter what there abilities.
