New Cadet Training Program launched
The new training syllabus is here at last - far to much to include on these pages, but go to the Sea Cadet national website and you can find out exactly what it entails, for all cadet ranks, from Juniors to Able cadet. Definately worth a look for both cadets and parents.

The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Volunteering Award
To mark the Diamond Jubilee, 60 recipients were announced today through a joint Buckingham Palace and Cabinet Office Press Notice, issued to the national and sector press. As a recipient of this prestigious Award, we can use the official Diamond Jubilee logo on our stationery, websites and any other form of promotional material. We will also receive a certificate, signed by Her Majesty. There will a reception in the Spring at Buckingham Palace in late Spring 2013, which CEO will attend on behalf of the charity with one of our volunteers to represent the Corps. This award is recognition of the great work that each and every one of you does for our cadets day in day out 24/7 365 come rain or sunshine, and you should all be really proud of this wonderful achievement.
