LC Jade and AC Ryan both attended the advancment board this weekend run from longmoor but hosted by woking...

and the results are in....

The Unit is incredibly Proud to now refer to them as POC Jade and LC Ryan.

Following a very demanding and tough Advancement Board weekend, held across Longmoor Camp and Woking Sea Cadet Unit, these 2 Cadets showcased their skills to prove why they should be a Leading Cadet and a Petty Officer Cadet.

POC Jade is also the first female POC the Unit has had since 2013!

Very well done indeed.

starting off with a very good standard of dress in the inspections and then with the juniors... JC Charlotte, JC Josh, JC Harley and JC Kiera all recieve their red module badge and also all get promoted to JCFC... LJC Oliver recieved his yellow module... LJC Rihanna recieved her yellow module leading onto the commodores board pennant, the highest acheivement an junior can acheive... CDT Harvey recieved his first aid 3rd class and CDT Nathan and CDT Aimee were both promoted to CFC... very well done all!!!

What a fantastic yet exhausting day. Well done to all the cadets that went and represented the unit at Area Drill & Piping 2018.

Unfortunately we didn’t place in the Colour Party however you should all be so proud of yourselves. You came, gave it everything you had and as always made everyone extremely proud.

Presentations are jam packed this month with alot acheived...

LC Jade, AC Ryan and LC Tempany all recieve their 2nd class drill... CDT Harry gets promoted to CFC... NEC Hayden gets enrolled and promoted to CDT... JCFC Eva recieves her red and blue module and gets promoted to LJC... JC Louis recieves his red and blue module and also gets promoted to JCFC...JCFC Molly gets her red module and also gets promoted to LJC... LJC Natasha recieves her green and yellow module and completes 20 extra sections of the modules and acheives the commodores board pennant which is the pinacle of of the junior section of cadets not many juniors get the chance to recieve this award... JC James recieved his red module and was promoted to JCFC... great effort over the last couple of months to make these possible...

AC Ryan, AC Max and CDT Nathan all headed with the windsor boys to the national football competition this weekend and this is how it panned out...

After a 4-2 loss to London Area, the boys dusted themselves down and won their 2nd game against South West Area 8-0. This was swiftly followed by a tight victory over Northern Ireland 4-3.

The boys headed into the semi-finals not knowing what to expect but won! the boys make it into the final after winning 3-1 in the semis well done... finals on sunday...

The final was held on the sunday and the boys were extremely nervous but kept their cool, they headed into the final confident and came out victorious a 6-3 win sees them win gold at the national competition... well done boys fabulous result, BZ all!!!!!!
