Tuesday 24th February saw Forces Sweetheart, Kirsten Orsborn visit the unit to perform a few songs for the Cadets. A great night was had by all! Thanks again to Kirsten and her parents for coming down.

Amazing news, Neath unit RMC now has MC 1 cadets amongst its ranks for the first time ever. One of them gained a credit pass ! An amazing job done by all who attended,we have all learned a lot and owe a great deal of thanks to the staff who trained you. BZ
BZ to the staff and cadets who braved the cold and turned to in order to support the unit today on Saturday 7th February 2015.
The small but keen team of cadets did a sterling job and raised an amazing £711.29.
Again sincere thanks to St Davids Church for the use of their hall, Mr Bs Cafe for providing lunch and of course the continued support and generosity of the people of Neath town.
Congratulations to Chief Petty Officer Mason on receiving his Lord Lieutenants award. It's wonderful to see one of our adult staffs dedication recognised.
From 1st January 2013 the Captain Sea Cadets, has approved the formation of a Royal Marine Cadet Detachment at Neath Sea Cadets.
The team at Neath Sea Cadets are soon hoping to open a new section within the unit specifically for boys and girls aged 13 to 18 who wish to join as Royal Marine Cadets. The section will be limited in size to 12 initially so if you are interested in joining then e-mail your details to marines@neathseacadets.org.uk to register your interest.
