AC Daniel Snook won the 4.5 M windsurfing National Championship and AC Georgia Allan was part of the team that came third in the Topper class at this years Regatta held over the weekend of the 13th to the 15th October.

AC Daniel Snook won the 4.5 M windsurfing National Championship and AC Georgia Allan was part of the team that came third in the Topper class at this years Regatta held over the weekend of the 13th to the 15th October.
Three cadets braved the elements at the weekend to get some expedition practice in, POC Daniel Bower, AC Troy Carter and AC Kieran Collick went to Doddington near Faversham to have some instruction Saturday afternoon afollowed by a 10.5 km Walk on Sunday. Two of the cadets are working towards there Intermediate Campcraft Proficiency.
POC Josh Firth, AC Adam Steele and AC Daniel Snook went to HMS Raleigh over the weekend 6th-8th May and represented Southern Area in the National Drill and Piping Competition. The Piping team from Sheppey Unit worked hard coming away with medals in every elment of the Competition, the team came 2nd overall and POC Firth and AC Steele came 2nd and 3rd respectively as individual pipers. The Team came top of the tables in the best dressed competition taking 1st place. BZ to all that helped continue the teams winning form.
A team of cadets from Sheppey travelled to HMS Excellent on Sunday 10th April to take part in the Southern Area Drill and Piping Competition. The colour party lead by POC Kieron Hughes cames 3rd and our piping team continued there run of success coming first overall as a team with POC Joshua Firth and AC Adam Steele taking 1st and 2nd individual piping award respectively. The piping team will go on to represent Southern Area at the National competition over the weekend 7th-8th May.
