We are proud to say we collected almost £8,000 again this year for the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.
We always attend the launch at Southport Town Hall at the beginning of November each year and collect n the Saturday and Sunday over two weekends, in the town centre and supermarkets in the town
We held a games and competitions night in October where our Juniors and New entries got the chance to join up with our cadets to have some fun as well as working in teams.
They particularly enjoyed the Marshmallow tower building and pictured here is the winning team with their entry.
Six of our senior cadets took part in the National Trafalgar Parade in London.
They travel down to Portsmouth a few days earlier and prepare for the event, along with cadets from all over the country, travelling up to London on the day of the Parade.
Lots of medals again this year at the North West Area Swimming Competition in Blackpool.

Staff and Cadets had a much deserved trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach along with our friends from the Isle of Man unit who had come over to take part in the North West Area Swimming Competition the following day
