Congratulations to PO (SCC) Lucy Hutton for her sucessful completion of her Officer development programme Phase 2 and her appointment to S/LT (SCC) Lucy Hutton RNR. This took a lot of hard work on her part, and I know I speak for the whole unit when I send her our congratulations.

Unit Weekend
Only the start of the year and already we have had our first Unit weekend. 27th - 29th January some of the senior cadets stay at the unit hoping to gain either 3rd Class Cook Steward or a Piping Award.
The Juniors did not stay but did join the Seniors on Saturday to complete some fo the JACKS Green Module.
A good weekend was had by all and lots of qualifications gained.
All of the Cook Stewards passed and are now qualified in 3rd Class (Class of 5)

Unit Bag Packing
Thank you to all the cadets who attended the bag packing at Tesco Ashford on Saturday 17th December. In total we raised £701.00 which is fantastic and will go towards raising funds for our Offshore Trip in April.
