Physical Trainers Pass Out For The First Time!

Physical Trainers Pass Out For The First Time!

Last weekend saw our very own unit host a Multi Activity Cadet Training (unit MACT) weekend. However, this weekend was very different to our 'generic' weekend. We saw 11 of our own cadets 'Pass Out' into the Sea Cadet Physical Training Branch after a long, hard, active weekend. The cadets on course did extremely well considering we had another course running along side. All our students were under assessments from the Friday - Sunday. They were assessed in all aspects of the 'Basic PT Qualification'  from the 2.4km run to taking a class for a set of daily exercises.

A special mention has to go to our very own Cdt LCpl Charlene as she has finally passed all her assessments and training weekends to become an Intermediate PT.  BZ!

"It was an honour to run this course with such determined, young adults and I look forward to welcoming them on the upcoming Area Courses around the North West Area"
