On Saturday 3^rd of August the unit took part in the annual Wessex Fun Afloat day at Perchpool in Christchurch.

The Team building and fun had by the Cadets was brilliant.

The unit were invited to assist the logistics team at the Second Sea Lord's (2SL) Garden Party.

The smartly turned out cadets and staff represented the unit really well and earned praise from 2SL, himself a former Sea Cadet.

Well done to Cdt Stevens (multi coloured yekkiw red and green sail), POC Leach, AC Thurgood G, AC Moore, Cdt Fitzgerald, Cdt Hook, Cdt Z Jones for their entry into the Southern area regatta held on the weekend of the 27th & 28th of July. As you can see by the photos the cadets had some good results with our Yole entry going to National Regatta to represent Southern Area.

On Saturday the 27^th July the P&SA organised a Fantastic Fun Day and BBQ at the WMA.  After a large banquet of Burgers and hot dogs the Fun and games began. Which included Rounders, Volley ball & Huge Jenga.

Even the 1^st Lt and UMC took part in the rounders.

A brilliant day was had by all.
