Mercia District Sailing Success!

Mercia District Sailing Success!

Excellent results over the weekend of 14th and 15th June means we have Area representation from Sherbourne in both the Sailing and Rowing competitions.

Well done to the sailing team, winners of the junior topper and overall winners and senior girls rowing and open yole.

Staff, crews and individuals worked extra hard in the run up to the competitions and are now working even harder to practice and raise their game to face the Area Competitions in Bristol on the 5th July for the South West Area Combined Regatta and weekend of 25th July in Portsmouth for the South West Area Sailing Regatta.

Well done to you all and good luck for the next stage.

 The Homeground Anthem Charity Single

The Homeground Anthem Charity Single

Homeground have created a charity record to raise money for three military charities and are asking Sea Cadet Units to help promote and sell the CD which was released on 31st March 2014.

This is simple for you to do at no cost and would benefit our wounded lads and lasses enormously.
