On 14th June, our cadets were invited to visit HMS St. Albans while in Falmouth.

HMS Penzance Visit - June 2014
On the 7th June, cadets from our unit were invited on board HMS Penzance for a tour whilst in Falmouth Docks. This ship is a Sandown Class minehunter, and the cadets were shown the around the ship and its facilities, and each had a go controlling the ship's main gun (not loaded, of course!)
Champ relaunched - May 2014
On 23rd May, after a revamp involving a new engine and a fresh paint job, our Champ was finally ready to go back into the water and return to the Unit. Thank you to Falmouth Docks for allowing us to store the Champ during the refurbishment and for craning it back into the water.
Sail Training Day - May 2014
On 17th May, we had a sailing training day at Stithians Lake, one of several during 2014. Cadets had the opportunity to improve their sailing skills and clock up some hours for their log books.
Trebah D-Day Parade - May 2014
During May, cadets from our Unit took part in the parade at Trebah gardens.
