Congratulations to Mc2 Elizabeth Terry on her selection to hold the post of Lord Warden of Cinque Ports Cadet 2013, the first female RMCD cadet to hold such position. Although very short lived further to her great efforts Mc2 Terry is soon to leave Hastings and join HM Bands of the Royal Marines. BZ and Good Luck.

Cadets from TS Hastings Sea and Royal Marine Cadets are looking forward to more training under canvass with thanks to the kind donation received from Sussex Police Property Act Fund. This great donation will go towards purchasing new Bivvie Expedition training equipment. 

Hastings Sea and Royal Marine Cadets were once again invited to join the Victory in Europe Day Parade 2013, in Twin Town Oudenaarde, Belgium 03-05 May 2013. The cadets enjoyed a weekend away joining the Hastings & Oudenaarde, Twin Town Committee and attend the VE Day Anniversary Oudenaarde Parade. The cadets also had the opportunity to visit sites of interest to encourage greater understanding and involvement in European affairs.

Congratulations to all the cadets who represented TS Hastings SCC at todays District Drill and Piping Competition. We had some great results, 1st Squad Commander, 1st Squad, 1st and 2nd Individual Piping, 1st Team Piping and 2nd Juniors Sea cadet Piping. BZ everyone a great effort by all. Now its time for training to represent Sussex at the Southern Area Drill and Piping Competition Sunday 24 March 2013

Congratulations to all the cadets who received their Lord Lieutenants Award Certificate for assistance to the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal 2012. Nine Cadets in total achieving this award. BZ
