Seamanship Competition

Seamanship Competition

Saturday 22nd September

What can be said about this weekend - just wow! We are so proud of you all for what you achieved!! A huge congratulations is owed as Maldon Cadets breezed through the day resulting in a clean sweep - coming first not just in one, or two, but all three categories! So well done to the Nozzers team, the Junior team and the Senior team!! And thank you all for ensuring that we not only got the three trophies for each individual category, but also for helping us win the overall winners trophy!!

I think we might need a new (bigger) trophy cabinet the way we are excelling!

Thanks to all who made this possible, both with the training of the cadets before hand and with ensuring the day went smoothly Laughing

Activity Week

Activity Week

12 - 19th August

All I can think to say is, wow!  Such a packed week, allowing the cadets to achieve a vast amount of qualifications!! Well done to all those who attended!  Further I would like to thank all the staff, including those from other units who chipped in and made this all possible!!  On top of teaching and assessing the cadets (and staff) various qualifications, somehow there was time to go bowling and to go to Adventure Island in Southend!  Definitely a week orienteered around merriment, movement and all things maritime.
