Unveiling of the 'Shiny Sheff'

We've done it! Thanks to all the efforts of so many fundraising events and donations, TS Sheffield's Minibus Mission is complete, with the unveiling in front of members of HMS Sheffield Association visiting the Unit today. The mission was launched to be replacement for existing transport, we can now ensure TS Sheffield can keep up with its many commitments.

This Parade Night was especially fun for our Juniors, as its Halloween Party time! After working hard calving pumpkins and creating their fancy dresses, tonight was a time for fun and games, including apple bobbing (which staff may have been persuaded to join in too) and Halloween treats, certainly making for a colourful parade line-up. Unit Boating Weekend - Northamptonshire

More adventures for the crew, take a look at last weekends activities picture gallery as the Unit took part in Sailing, Windsurfing, Powerboating and of course, a few games. This Thursday afternoon, TS Sheffield Cadets visited the Town Hall as invited by the Lord Mayor. All divisions turned out and were treated to a personal tour as the Lord Mayor took us through from his Parlour to the Council Chambers. Chip Shop Survey & Birthday Celebrations

As we welcome home 3 Staff from courses at Beckingham, take a look at what went on last Thursday Parade Night. C24 Division were out in the community to complete a 'taste test' survey of local food shops selling chips. But the night wasn't complete until the Ship's Company celebrated a Staff birthday at evening colours, always looking for an excuse for cake and singing, with a UMC member producing a wonderful cake!
