Flag Day and Sub-mariners annual dinner 07-09-13

On Saturday 7th September cadets, Staff and supports congregated in Solihull Town centre for their annual Flag Day street collection.

Fine dry weather accompanied all who attended and resulted in donations totalling £734.30 and 100% of this total will be used to maintain the equipment used by the Cadets and the Unit premises.

On the same day members of the Sub-mariners association were holding their annual mixed sub-mariners dinner at the St John’s Hotel and invited us to attend to make a collection.

We would therefore like to thank those ex –submariners who attended their annual dinner for their individual donations which totalled £126.
