GWhat a busy day the Southampton drill machine left home early doors and returned just about 12 hours later with a group of cadets who have so much to be proud of. The Junior Sea Cadet & Senior Cadet Piping teams did really well but the result of the day was the Continuity drill team winning the Area competition and will now go forward to Nationals in April.
Well done to each and every cadet today you are all winners and the photos will follow soon.

Great day today for all of our cadets who took part in the Wessex District Drill and Piping Competition, the results achieved were:
Junior Sea Cadet Piping Team - 1st Place
Cadet Piping Team - 1st Place
Continuity Drill Team - 1st Place
Piping Individuals - 3rd & 4th Place
Which not only means that every cadet that attended today have so much to be proud of but everyone one of them came away as a winner. Area competition next for all of you good luck for that, but more importantly well done for today and your superb efforts.
