On Sunday 6th March the Unit entered the District Drill & Piping Competition. The junior team competed against the units from within our district, and after a dress inspection & flawless performance went on to win the competition, this entitled them to go to the Area Competition which is the first time that a junior competition has been held at an Area level, the competition was held on the 10^th of April. Taking on the other 8 districts that make up the Southern Area they gave another fantastic display and dress inspection, all the hard work paid off and the cadets were placed in 2^nd out 9.

Well done!!!

For the second year running the Warsash junior cadets have done it again, as mentioned before on Sunday 6th March the Unit entered the District Drill & Piping Competition.

On Sunday 6th March 2011 the Unit entered the District Drill & Piping Competition.

The unit entered the unarmed guard competition in which the unit competed against the other units within our district, it was a bitterly cold day until the sun came out.

The squad performed a sequence of drill movement on the parade ground at Whale Island. As always the cadet did the unit proud, and all their hard work paid off by coming 3rd in the district

Well done for your hard work in training over the last month.

The Unit Junior section held a training weekend at the unit to complete their modules for the task books and a lot of fun was had by all just look at the photos.
