Into September and it was off for a day at CTC Blackheath for London area SCC Trafalgar Guard training and selection.
If selected, it will be 3 days training at HMS Excellent and then the parade on Sunday 23 October 2016.
Go along to the parade to support Southwark Sea Cadets taking part (and all Sea Cadets taking part).
August continued with a weekend of varied training for 10 to 12 year olds at Crowborough Army Camp situated on the edge of Ashdown Forest in East Sussex.
Remember to book a place on the Area Multi Activity w/e 14 to 16 October 2016 and the District Multi Activity w/e 28 to 30 October 2016.
Both will be held at Crowborough.
Next it was the turn of 10 to 12 year olds with the National Junior Sea Cadet Summer Camp at Kingswood's Dearne Valley Activity Centre located in Yorkshire.
Cadets travelled from all over the UK and with a wide range of adventurous activities an excellent time was had by all.

For some it was a week at Crowborough Army Camp for the London Area Sea Cadets summer camp with a wide range of activities including kayaking, high rope work, carting and many more.
