It was an enjoyable weekend at Crowborough for S Cummins and A Button attending the latest London area Multi Activity Cadet Training. First Aid this time but with many activities to chose from including band, camping, piping, seamanship, and much more, there is plenty of variety for future events. Crowborough is a military camp on the edge of Ashdown Forest. Ashdown Forest is famous as the setting for the Winnie-the-Pooh stories written by A A Milne, who lived on the northern edge of the forest and took his son, Christopher Robin, walking there.
